Lifetime Warranty

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

30 Day Return Policy

At Adelaide Diamond Company, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  If, for any reason, you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us subject to the following terms:

• The item is returned within 30 days in its original pristine condition.
• Please include all accompanying certification and guarantees when you return the item.
• The item cannot have any personal engravings.
• Items damaged in transit while being returned to Adelaide Diamond Company will not be entitled for this policy.
• This policy does not apply to custom made rings and loose diamonds.
